Awww! Feeling so honored. Is that what you were goin’ for? I’m up & dressed for church BUT it is such a glorious day that this afternoon I am going to go look for 2 fences to jump, ah, better just make it 1. Keep needing reminder of 83 years behind me! Wanta crank out a few more, thus ONE fence will suffice.

Thank you for your words. Aunt Lynne

“ The thing is, while I’ve not written a book about or for Dad, and while poems line up at my door to write themselves about him, my writing is imbued with his presence every day. I’m inspired by his nonstop work ethic when I’m at my desk. And yet, our most cherished times are not quantifiable.” Yes, this! Love Aunt Lynne. When people tell me to “write about this,” I say, “You first.” Great piece.

Some writers (like you) are just more succinct as what I want to say!

I'm so glad your Aunt Lynne shared this with me! I had the pleasure of knowing her during her Yellowstone years, and she is, indeed, worth writing about! (I do want to hear about the lilacs!!)
