Thanks for sharing. Seems like he's picked up something from you--passion for whatever you're doing or what you believe in!

Love it Annette! I tried golf once and that was enough lol but I can see why people get obsessed.

Something I didn’t know about you: the Espresso (ad)venture! How cool that Davis is writing now!

Readback: “instead of imbibing the burnt chicory essence of it”. Enjoyed this Annette. I can see Davis out there with those two guys. Golf is a fickle game. Despite how well I played last time, I do not know how I’ll play next time. I’m in Key West Florida now and I just played here. I was paired with a lovely Swedish couple who did not play well. They were nervous to play with me—-I was nervous. But we had a wonderful time playing the game we love. It’s Important to face our fears of the unknown, how we will play and who we will play with to open us up to the possibility that perhaps….it may be all just fine and frankly wonderful! I see your writing style in his. You must be very proud of him. I remember reading your first book and how young Davis was through everything. I remember the incredible descriptions of how you captured the Oregon coast weather and environment. Thanks for writing this. Susan Branscome.

Thanks, Susan...It was all so long ago, but I love weaving in those tidbits and noting how the past becomes our future. Enjoy Key West and your golf game. I know you were always a force to be reckoned with on the course!
